It is closer to Long Street and all nightlife if that is your sort of thing, but Bree Street on the opposite side has some great coffee shops and restaurants. It’s also in a quiet and secure building. Just conveniently placed to go anywhere in the CBD, Uber, or drive to the Waterfront or the Southern Suburbs like Muizenberg, etc. If you are looking for a beautiful getaway oasis, I recommend this flat.”
