If you are managing my Airbnb listing, will I have visibility over my account?

Most definitely! You’ll have complete access and visibility of all communication with guests, reservations and payouts.

Do you guarantee me to earn a minimum revenue amount?

Nothing in life is guaranteed, even your Airbnb revenue. While we will do everything in our power to make sure you have the highest occupancy rates at the right price, we cannot guarantee you a minimum amount of revenue.

How long must I make my home available for?

We work with properties that are available at least six full weeks per year, or at least 2 weeks over the New Years period.

In short, you can use airManaged to manage your property even if you are not in Cape Town.

What do you need from me to start?

Once you’ve made the decision to work with us, we require all linen inners (duvet inners, pillow inners, mattress protectors) and an initial supply of cleaning equipment (broom, mop, bucket, vacuum cleaner). It currently takes us about 1 week to onboard a new home.

What if I have more than one listing?

No problem. We have several happy customers with multiple listings.

What happens after I sign up?

One of our friendly staff will contact you. As a first step to getting you on board, we would like to find out a little more about your needs to see how we can help. In the process we can also answer any questions you may have. And that’s it!

Who works at Stay Amazing?

With Stay Amazing you are in good hands. We are a team of hospitality professionals with years of experience in guest services and tourism. We are avid Airbnb fans and look to Airbnb when searching for places to stay whenever we travel. We also host on Airbnb, so we understand the challenges hosts and travelers face.

How does payment work?

It’s quite simple, we send a direct deposit of all revenues from your booking right into your account. We make payment on the 28th of each month.

How much does it cost?

Stay Amazing charges a fee of 18% + VAT of your Airbnb income. Cleaning services are paid for on top of this, but this cost is passed on to the guest in the form of a cleaning fee. We use our own 200TC 100% Cotton Percale hotel quality linen, and charge a monthly fee depending on the number of beds in your property. There are no hidden costs or additional fees.
