Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund (Up to 7 Days Before Arrival)
Cancel at least 7 full days before your scheduled arrival date and receive a 100% refund of your nightly rate and cleaning fee. - Non-Refundable (Less than 7 Days Before Arrival)
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable; the full nightly rate and cleaning fee will be charged. - Security Deposit
Any refundable security deposit held at booking will be released within 7 days of checkout, provided there is no damage or extra cleaning required. - How to Cancel
Log in to your Stay Amazing account, go to My Reservations, select the booking, and click Cancel Reservation. Any applicable refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to delay from your Financial Services Provider.
Right to Terminate
Stay Amazing and our property owners reserve the right to terminate any booking or guest stay at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions or House Rules
- Safety concerns or evidence of illegal activity
- Unauthorized additional guests or subletting
