This building is a completely no-smoking building, which means smoking is prohibited, even on balconies. Failure to comply will result in a fine.
NB: Any goods left in the apartments after checkouts should be claimed and collected within a maximum period of 5 days. Should no claims be made in 5 days, items will then be processed for recycling.
